Young Voices Leading Change – National Science Day 2026 Celebrated at Eternal University

National Science Day 2026 at Eternal University, Baru Sahib was not just a celebration — it was a reflection of India’s evolving scientific spirit. The University hosted a thought-provoking Declamation Competition aligned with this year’s impactful theme:

“Women in Science: Catalyzing Viksit Bharat.”

The event transformed the auditorium into a vibrant platform where ideas, innovation, and inclusivity took center stage.

Empowering Women in Science for a Developed India

The theme emphasized the critical role of women in driving scientific progress and nation-building. Participants highlighted how empowering women in STEM fields can accelerate India’s journey towards a self-reliant and developed nation.

From discussions on gender inclusivity in research to the importance of scientific temper in society, students presented well-researched perspectives backed by clarity, confidence, and conviction.

Young Scholars Take the Stage

A total of 20 undergraduate and postgraduate students participated in the competition. Each speaker brought a unique viewpoint on how science, innovation, and inclusive growth are interconnected pillars of a stronger India.

The competition reflected Eternal University’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also critical thinking and public speaking skills.

The event was judged by respected faculty members:
