Empowering Students Through Practical Learning
The Department of Food Technology, Eternal University, successfully conducted a Hands-on Training Program on Processing Technology of Bakery and Confectionery on 18th–19th September 2025. Organized in collaboration with Empower Entrepreneurs Club and Apple a Day, the program provided a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world exposure in the field of bakery and confectionery production.
Expert-Led Sessions & Live Demonstrations
The training featured expert sessions by:
- Mr. Akash Kumar, Assistant Professor, MMICT BM & (HM), MMDU, Mullana, Ambala
- Mr. Shashi Shekhar Mishra, Assistant Professor, MMICT BM & (HM), MMDU, Mullana, Ambala
Their insightful presentations and live demonstrations introduced students to innovative techniques and industry best practices in baking, confectionery processing, and product development.
130+ Students Participate with Enthusiasm
More than 130 students actively participated in the two-day event, making it a grand success. The program not only enhanced students’ practical knowledge but also honed their entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging them to explore opportunities in the food industry.
