One of the major highlights of the final day was the session on Inclusive Education in the NEP 2020 context, emphasizing the need to create classrooms where every learner—regardless of ability, background, or learning style—finds space to grow. Educators explored how inclusive practices make learning environments more empathetic, diverse, and impactful.
Designing Effective Lesson Plans – The Power of Multiple Intelligences
Educators engaged in a hands-on session to create lesson plans integrating Multiple Intelligences, ensuring that teaching approaches cater to the unique strengths of every student. This session encouraged creative and flexible pedagogy—aligning perfectly with NEP 2020’s learner-centered vision.
Mastering Rubrics and Assessments for Growth
The workshop also shed light on Rubrics and Assessment Mastery, where participants learned to design fair and transparent evaluation systems. The focus was on assessment for learning rather than assessment of learning, promoting a growth mindset among both teachers and students.
Celebrating Transformation – The Valedictory Session
The valedictory session was a celebration of shared learning and commitment. Educators took a collective pledge to Teach, Ignite, Inspire, and Lead — carrying forward the spirit of NEP 2020 from vision to classroom action.
